» The Aquarium displays over 200 species of fishes and invertebrates, and our 140,000-gallon North Rock Exhibit was the first living coral exhibit of this scale in the world.

» BAMZ and BZS provide school classes for more that 9,000 school children and continue to assist the Department of Education in writing the curriculum for Government schools.

» There is a roster of almost 300 volunteers who spend countless hours assisting throughout BAMZ and the BZS, assisting staff seven days a week in the Zoo, Aquarium, Museum, as tour guides and in the Education department.

» We host over 100,000 visitors per annum, and receive membership support from more than 4,000 households and companies.
