  • Bermuda Natural History Course 2017 - Module 2

    Module 2 of the Bermuda Natural History Course is now open for registration with lectures on Thursday, 2nd and 9th March. This module consists of two lectures and associated field trips, one on Bermuda's Land-based Reptiles and Amphibians and one on Ocean Treasures.

  • BZS Lecture Series
    String: A story of plants, knowledge,
    and human evolution

    Join us in the Aquarium Hall on Tuesday, 7th March at 7:00 p.m. for a presentation by Saskia Wolsak on the global history of rope and string and its pivotal role in human physical and mythological culture. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Come early and check out our renovated display hall.

  • Whale Watching Tours

    Join us aboard the Endurance for an unforgettable experience on the open ocean and an up close encounter with the migrating Humpback whales.

    Trips will run every Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, 11th March to 30th April. Book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Steinhoff/BZS Scholarship for Environmental Sciences

    This award is worth $10,000 per year and is for students in the final two years of a Bachelor’s degree, or entering a Master’s or Doctorate degree, in Environmental Sciences at an accredited overseas institution.

    Aqua Camp applications will be available 1st March, Moduie 2 of the Natural History Course starts on the 2nd, another of the BZS Lecture Series on the 7th, and the Annual Spring Camps runs from 27th - 31st March and 3rd - 7th April
